According to Helen Zhou, President & CEO of ANET Services, a successful entrepreneur is to have a clear vision on company long-term goal She has imbibed the same strategy in establishing ANET’s vision, which is to accelerate everyone’s transition todigital world, and has tried hard to make every effort towards the long-term goal of the company. Helen’s persistence and enthusiasm are her key qualities that has transformed her into a pioneering leader.

ANET Services was born when Helen realized that it was crucial for her to be able to make a difference to IT modernization and accelerate everyone’s transition to digital world.“I am an advocate of small businesses. Small businesses matter in both our economy and in our communities. I am trying to help improve the productivity and efficiency of US Small Business Program,” she explains.

One-time failure is not the end of the world. Keep trying and eventually you will succeed as long as you do not give up.

“As a small business, we encounter many challenges like other small businesses as a startup company. The major challenge is that I am wearing multiple hats, from handson daily IT job to company strategist, solution architect, business development, contract negotiation, finance, Human Resources, etc.”

Many thanks to Peking University, George Mason University, Virginia PTAC at George Mason University and Mason Enterprise Center, Helen took some useful training classes in different areas provided by them, which helped her to be better prepared for a true leader of a successful Information Technology company

Ultimately, we will be judged on what we do.” ANET has successfully provided technical advice and assistance to US Veterans Affairs (VA) on improving its Veterans-First program. The company has helped VA to conduct process improvements on market research and Service-Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)/Veterans Owned Small Business (VOSB) certification. With strong expertise on Agile Delivery, ANET has worked with industry leaders such as Microsoftand Engility to help VA build new cloud infrastructure and IT system to better serve veterans.

During COVID-19 pandemic, ANET Services expanded its business area from IT services to medical and office supplies, IT supplies and repairs to better serve the customer needs. Helen is looking forward to building a new product Anetmart system to transform current outdated trade mechanism into global free trade with support of US Small Business Program and automatic global supply chain management. “No one is isolated. Every country has something to contribute and to expense. Our expectation is to expand the chance of success for small businesses, minimize taxes, reduce difficulties,rules and regulations, and provide better supply chain management,” says Helen.

Our new modern E-Commerce technology gives all information about the order: routes, location, inventory, warehouse connectivity, and integration with accounting to create invoices and accept payments. BITE Consulting Services already invested to new brand GLEX and started working for Poland, Azerbaijan and Turkey market. We are already entering to Germany market. BirShop/10LINE STORE is our new project and will finish end of the 2020.

During the pandemic period, Helen has learned various knowledge on medical supplies and international trade in a very short time.

Her unique experience and insights on what went wrong and what went well will certainly help her to build her new product Anetmart system. She knows the pinpoints of international trade and would like to help simply the process and make it better
